Press Release: Bogus information on Social Media

Announcement   Registrar   July 18, 2018

Management of the Polytechnic has noted with concern social media circulation of bogus information about the College. Recently, there has been circulation of a front page of an examination paper with bogus instructions crafted by an evil individual using a forged University of Malawi logo. Management is currently investigating the issue to bring to book the individual who crafted and circulated the bogus front page of the examination paper on social media.

The general public and other stakeholders should also note that in the past, some bogus press releases and other communications using forged logo and headed paper were made for opening dates of the College.

Management would therefore like to appeal to the general public and other stakeholders to cross check with College Management any information seen on social media before believing it to be true.
