Monitoring and Evaluation Short Course

Announcement   WASHTED   September 12, 2018

WASHTED is pleased to invite managers, coordinators, project officers and researchers from international and local non-governmental organizations, foundations, government departments and private organizations from around the country, as well as trained M&E professionals to participate in our training program. The course will cover basics of M and E and also advances principles. The main focus will be to give participants practical skills so that they should be able to practice what they have learned at their work places. These courses are being supported by the SHARE programme in Malawi. 

Requirements

Participants will be required to pay for their own accommodation and transport to and from The Polytechnic in Blantyre. The cost of each course is MK180, 000.00 per participant, however, those interested to attend will be required to pay only MK20, 000.00 for the whole M&E course. The other cost will be covered by The SHARE project at WASHTED.

To apply for the course, please write to mnthara@poly.ac.mw. You will be notified within a week if your application to attend the course has been accepted. The application letter should contain your current position, the organization you are working with and one short paragraph on why you want to attend. The application letter should be one page long.  Payment will secure your attendance on the course. 

The training will be conducted in WASHTED room 34 at The Polytechnic. Those who will complete each course will receive a certificate of completion.
