NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS

The Polytechnic wishes to inform all students who want to be considered for college accommodation for 2019/2020 academic year that they should apply by completing an application form. The form can be collected from the College Porter’s Lodge (Reception). Or can be downloaded on the Polytechnic Website.

It is a requirement to write a student’s account number on the form. The completed forms should be submitted at the Porter’s  Lodge (Reception)

The deadline for submission of the applications is Friday, the 6th of December, 2019. Students who submit more than one form will not be considered. Application forms submitted after the stated deadline will not be accepted.

Applicants will be notified before closure of the second semester, whether their application for accommodation has been successful or not. All students are advised to ensure that they have made arrangements for their accommodation before opening of the next academic year. Students will be required to register first before accessing any college facility.
